Restaurant. Sign in starts at 6:00 p.m. with dinner at 7:00 p.m. Entertainment
by "The Other Brothers".
Wednesday,
September 10th: ABSF meeting at the Deer Valley Airport Restaurant. Eat at
6:00, meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. Nominating committee will be appointed to
recommend a slate of officers for the upcoming year.
Saturday, September 27th: Breakfast fly in to Marble Canyon (L41). Arrive at Marble
canyon at 10:00 AM. The restaurant is right across the street from the
airport. After breakfast it is about 1/4 mile walk to the bridge across
the Colorado River canyon. The scenery is breathtaking. It is
advisable to have a Grand Canyon airspace map.
NOTE: The planned trip to Tanna's cabin on October 23rd, 24th and 25th has
been postponed due to everyone's busy schedules. Perhaps we will try again
in the spring. In the mean time, that is the weekend of the Copperstate
Fly In in Casa Grande if anyone gets the chance to go down there for a day.
